Ian James DaRin is a designer, entrepreneur, and maker who is interested in the rapidly changing definition of design. Graduating from the Industrial and Interaction Design program at Syracuse University in 2016, he graduated as a Class Marshall in the school of Visual and Performing Arts.

Over the course of his career he has had the opportunity to work on a variety of cultural and architectural projects with a diverse group of stakeholders. This has allowed Ian to become intimately familiar with navigating unforeseen circumstances and design constraints, while still maintaining high quality service and meeting deadlines.

Currently he is based in Brooklyn, New York where he works at SITU Fabrication. Here he is responsible for the procurement of new projects and is still actively involved in both designing and making in order to continue to evolve.
